He knows it is better to suffer a little bit right now by being still and quiet and get whatever breath he can, than it would be to get punished by her. She switches feet and sometimes rests her perfect feet on his face crushing his nose and mouth and other times his neck gets the brunt of her full weight crushing down on him. When she finally decides she is done sitting there, she simply steps onto his chest and then walks off without giving him a second thought.
