An over worked and underpaid woman is up at the crack of dawn taking calls and throwing back coffee. She takes one call and has to hang up because she thinks she has indigestion. As the pain gets worse and starts to move from one arm the next her breathing begins to get shallow and strained. Only when she collapses on the floor does she realise she has had a massive heart attack. Dialing 911, she breathlessly clutches at her chest. The paramedics arrive and administer CPR.
