Siren is a sexy lab assistant who has been working way too many hours at her demanding job. She is in the midst of a medical breakthrough, mixing different solutions together in her lab. But she inhales some fumes from her concoction and starts to stumble and feel really feverish. Her breath quickens and she stumbles onto the day bed in the lab. Siren realizes that she accidentally put some growth/steroid drops into her mixture! She starts to panic but before she can call for help, she collapses.

Her body begins to grow and her scrubs start to rip! Siren spasms uncontrollably as her body transforms. When she finally comes to, she is horrified at her new size! She is almost as tall as the ceiling! All Siren is wearing now is her girdle and pantyhose (thank god for one-size-fits-all!). Siren starts to calm down and realizes that her new size can have advantages... like taking revenge on her boss who makes her work long hours... or all the classmates who teased her and said she'll be nothing but a lab rat!

Siren begins to grow again, but this time, her 'problem' is a lot bigger... she towers over the buildings! Siren loves her newfound size and power, and laughs wickedly as she stomps all over town and ponders what to destroy next!
