After Martin has me kick my heels off, the discomfort of the position really began to set in. Getting myself to relax my feet onto the ground was hard enough because I couldn't get my mind off the thought that once my feet were rested, my arms would be pulled higher. I finally overcame the feeling but it didn't make it any easier. He switched me out for the ring gag and then I started to focus on that. Drool, sweat, tears, and me just trying to take it in. Never again will I wanna go so long without having done this position because tonight I paid the price.
