I've never done a strappado like this before! While my elbows are crushed together, I am bent forward with my arms pulled up behind me, held by the winch. The back of my head, my back, and arms are completely against the brick wall. I struggle at first, then realize there is a way to move myself so I do a complete 360 in the slowest, awkward, uncomfortable, and INTENSELY PAINFUL way. HD 720x480
