I just loove soaking in my suffering. I can just close my eyes, shut everything out and be in the moment for a minute... sometimes two... maybe three, and then I come back to reality again. Every time I come to, all the uncomfortable sensations return a little more amplified than before and it becomes a mental challenge to bring myself back to bliss. That blissful feeling that keeps me hungry for more.
