Description





Any workout should start with a long good stretch to warm up the body muscles. First, let's start with the lower body like the legs from the calves, thighs and the buttocks. Moving on to the hips, abs and the chest. Finally, taking care of the back, arms and the neck. Now that we are warmed up and all limber, let's get it pumping baby!
