I've been having one of the worst asthma attacks that I've had in years. My normal inhaler hasn't been much of a help at all so I pulled out my nebulizer despite how much I hate using it. I pour the medication in and turn it on, taking huge deep breaths to bring the medication down into my lungs before exhaling. It doesn't take long for me to start feeling it. The reason I hate using it so much is because it makes me SO incredibly jittery. I can't sit still and my hands shake, even my breaths get a little shaky. I end up feeling completely miserable.
