I've been feeling pretty stuffed up and headachey lately, with a bit of a sore throat too. I discuss why this might be; allergies, wildfire smoke. I show off my sore throat, before using my navage (essentially an electronic neti) to give my sinuses a good rinse. Watch as I use the device, then drip water and snot out of my nose! I blow my nose nice and hard, getting all that mucus out. I also get some good coughs in that bring up some gross mucus from my chest!
