I've been feeling pretty stuffed up and headachey lately, with a bit of a sore throat too. I discuss why this might be; allergies, wildfire smoke. I blow my nose nice and hard, getting all that mucus out. I also get some good coughs in that bring up some gross mucus from my chest!
