Puppies Bell and Star are in heat and humping their toys when their handler Binkie comes in the room. She is furious as this isn't the first time these two naughty puppies have disobeyed her. Binkie takes turns leashing and spanking each of the puppies. Then she shoves makes Star and Bell lick her boots. Lastly, Binkie shoves both of the puppies' faces repeatedly into their water bowls until they’ve learned their lesson.
