I sit down and make a small fart but at first nothing else happens. Am I going to be constipated again? My stomach feels bad so I put one foot up on the toilet and wiggle about changing positions in the hope that it will get things moving. I'm so glad that worked and I'm rewarded my some nice toilet splats!
