It turns out, this man was the dictator who ran the backwater and now Rachel has been arrested and brought to a room after being stripped naked, gagged and tied.

At first, she thought this was going to be some perverse encounter with the dictator, but no. A man in a military uniform came in and read to her and order from a sheet of paper. She was going to wait in the room while a squad was assembled and then she would be dealt with. Rachel had no idea what he meant by a squad, and couldn't ask due to her gag. She was then left alone in the room briefly.

It was not a long wait, as this dictator never had trouble gathering a squad when the intended victim was a pretty lady. Soon several soldiers marched into the room in an orderly fashion, armed and ready. They stood in a line and faced the kneeling, naked Rachel Adams.
