Specialist Blu of the Military Police is supposed to deliver a satchel containing incriminating documents and other items for a big case. She's to meet with an undercover CID agent at a safe house to hand the materials off.

When she arrives at the location, the guy is already there waiting. The problem is that he is an impostor, but she doesn't discover that until it's too late. He gets the drop on her and ties and gags her so he can make his getaway. He ties her with her own handcuffs and duct tape.
