Dakkota has been contacted by an informant who has inside information on the whole dirty deal. They are to meet at a hotel where they will make the exchange. Dakkota has to pay for a thumb drive with all the data on it. She's reluctant to pay for it but agrees to do it.

She meets the guy at the hotel and hands over the money but the guy tells her that his partner has the thumb drive and is late in arriving. It won't be long. Not only that but he wants her to submit to being handcuffed during the transaction “for everyone's safety”. She reluctantly agrees, but doesn't really understand or like it. So with her hands already cuffed behind her back, he also applies leg irons, and later a gag. All this time, the man with the information still hasn't showed up. Dakkota is growing more impatient and complains to no avail. This only results in her being gagged. He also changes her cuffs around to a belt in front. Thumb cuffs are also used.

In the end, the guy finally gives up the thumb drive. He had it all along, but just wanted to play bondage games with her. She was upset with this, but had what she came for and couldn't wait to get out of there.
