With Tilly, desperation comes on very suddenly and at that point she always bends over to relieve some of the pressure on her bladder. But what if she cannot bend forward, and instead is to stand upright. Using a combination of handcuffs, a collar and a thin piece of rope attached to the ceiling, we managed to contrive a way to keep her upright to study what she would do under these circumstances.
