As happens with many of the most wickedly desperate situations, this one was accidental. Erin had been drinking steadily for quite some time, and soon after we started filming the only bondage clip of the day; in fact, as soon as we started tying her up, she got the urge to pee. As we continued securing her to the chair, the urge to go got worse and worse until the only thing stopping her releasing it was the fact that she the chair was on carpet.
