She squirms and wiggles as she talks continuously about how she is feeling, all the while waiting for permission to pee from the camera which does not come. When she can't wait any longer, Niki asks if she can pee and is hugely relieve to get an affirmative answer. She squats and starts to pee, then sits down and lets her urine squirt forward in a stream across the floor.
