When we last left Toby Springs, his captor left him tied up nude beside a door with his cellphone on the floor beside him. Toby was tied at the wrists, ankles, and his arms were tied to him sides. He struggled and struggled, but couldn't manage to escape out the door or call for help. Now, in the final part of this terrifying ordeal, Toby is in a full hog tie with chest tie and tape gag still in tact. Toby's still trying to yell for help, but no one comes to his rescue.
