My coughing sounds the worst with the first cigarette (or two) of the day and there’s nothing worse than being sick but (lucky for you) that would never get in the way of my morning cigarette!

My throat hurts and I’m congested. It’s freezing outside which doesn’t help me feel any better. I talk about being sick and my nasty smoking habit while each inhale hits the back of my throat like a hammer causing me to cough deeply and uncontrollably; I smoke not one but two cigarettes coughing and hacking up all the nasty mucus from my sinuses onto a piece of paper into which I put my cigar...
