Out of work, gardener Mudstock wanders aimlessly and every while takes up 'flashing' to alleviate the boredom. One day he is surprised to be invited to their flat (apartment) by two seemingly well-meaning girls when he flashes them. Suddenly, he realises that he has seen the girls shoplifting. When they start to try to 'reform' him, he turns the tables on them, and gives the ringleader, played by Lucy Bailey, a sound caning. (CA33)
