The first thing she has to do is navigate down the stairs on crutches with her stiff leg and frozen hip. Then she has to figure out how to get into the car. Her friend slides her into the back seat like a pizza! When they finally get to the park she's almost tired enough to turn around and go back home. But her friend convinces her to do some exercise while she is already up and out. Easier said then done! They crutch out to the equipment. As her friend eggs her on to do exercise Verawonder rolls up her dress to show her friend her restrictive cast, revealing her camouflage panties. She tells her friend she prefers exercising standing up so they crutch on over to the parallel bars so Verawonder can do pull-ups. She has another issue though too. Her bare toes and sole of her cast foot is dirty and getting soaked from walking on the damp leaves and ground. She can't bend down to clean it off either. So her friend sticks her foot out so Verawonder can rest her exposed bare foot on to keep it off the ground. Then they crutch back to the car where Verawonder is shoved back in.
