When you're a UK dress size 26/28, dressing up as an iconic female cartoon character is not that easy - each item has to be bought by itself which hikes up the price. I thought I'd start with an easy character - Velma from 'Scooby Doo'. None of the components were that difficult to source in my size. The end product, even if I do say so myself, was not too bad and easily recognisable.
