I just woke up with my stomach burning something fierce. I am almost brought to tears in pain. I hurry off to the bathroom where I unleash a horrific smelling load that is messy and painful coming out. I can't help but whimper after each loud farty movement. It takes two wet wipes to clean up after I am done.
