After climbing up on a rocking recliner chair to try and take the perfect picture, the unthinkable happens! I lose my balance and fall down to the floor, crushing my poor ankle! I'm not sure if it's a sprain or if i broke it, but i did feel a very painful snapping and I also heard a pretty loud cracking sound, so things are not looking good for this ankle. I wince and moan in pain and eventually find my phone and call my best friend to come take me to the emergency room. She urges me to take my shoe off and see if i can move my toes. Even though my ankle is getting more and more swollen by the second, i manage to get my shoe off. But no matter how hard i try... those toes will not move! The sharp pain is beginning to be replaced by throbbing numbness, so all signs are really starting to point to a broken ankle... Only thing i can do now is wait for my ride to show up and get me to the doctor.
