I'll add some black eyeliner and finish the look with a black coat, unzipped and unbuttoned to show off my belly.

I'll also play with my sweater, grabbing it from the bottom and lifting it up to bra level, revealing my belly, and then putting it back down. Every now and then, I'll grab my sweater, lock the fabric between my fingers, raise my shirt, and let my hand rest on top of my belly for a few seconds before putting my sweater back down.
