Shelby Paige is a cute little blonde from Georgia that Carey Riley has recruited to come blow balloons with her. She shows her exactly how to use her mouth when blowing into the balloon and how to use your lungs/chest to effectively generate enough air to blow into the balloon. Shelby is a quick learner but she jumps a mile every time a balloon pops. Carey also shows her how to love on the balloons after they pop by kissing and licking the balloons after the fact.
