I didn't eat enough fiber. My stomach wants me to release my bowels but its stuck! Watch my face in agonizing pain as I try to push it out. I hold the wall, the sink, anything I can brace to get out it. Finally I get the first bit out and its almost orgasmic to feel it slip out. You hear a nice heavy couple of plops too. Finally, I feel so much better!
