Alice is nude from the off. She is going to do some skipping. She gets right to it and using the skipping rope with some speed. Her long hair bounces and flows as she bounces up and down as she jumps the rope. We have added slow motion sequences throughout the duration of the video so you get a real sense of her body moving and her muscles rippling and move as she skips. At the end there is a segment where we have slowed the action down to 75% normal speed with no loss of quality. At one point Alice stops to tie her hair up as it sometimes gets in the way.
