Ginary did have a surprise for me delivered to the table, it's dessert! I complain that I can't stuff anything else into my stomach, I'm just too full. She seductively encourages me to eat it. I protest, but I do take a bite. She tells me all about how much bigger she's going to make me and how my fat body turns her on so much. She gets more aggressive about me taking so long to finish my dessert and pushes me harder to eat it all. I burp to make room. She encourages another burp for more room. Lots of belly rubbing and eating & gaining encouragement to get fatter!
