When primitive camping in the middle of nowhere, personal hygiene is still important and necessary. This includes brushing my teeth. I do not have running water but this does not stop me from taking care of my mouth and cleaning my teeth. I use water from a jug as if i had a sink but since Im outside, this means it doesn't matter where I spit my drool and water out. I do remind myself and you that spitting saliva out is not easy for me and makes me gag but spitting water out of my mouth does not have the same effect on my helpless gag reflex.
