I change my hand grip throughout so I can work out different muscles in my arms to include my biceps and triceps. This machine really works out my thighs as well. I will admit it kinda sounds like a squeaky bed while humping with every thrust and pull. I don't let the unoiled machine sounds stop me from getting a good ol naked workout in my back yard, luckily the lawn crew didn't interrupt my sweaty nude thrusting workout! i even show you the seat after I am done to show you just how much my ass sweated and made the seat wet.
