I have a beautiful and expensive house I am selling as a Realtor and I watch as this potential buyer walks up the sidewalk..Wow, he sure cant afford this. Just look at the way he is dressed. He looks like he should live in a single wide trailer and he sure has no need for all these beautiful rooms and 3 stories of a home.
