This is a silly video i just had to do. Simply since i have never seen an actual head standing video any where on line and darn it, i think i am good at it. I do all types of leg splits while standing on my head. I even go one handed and ever NO handed. This is a fun video to watch...and kinda amazing what my 26 year old body can still do:)
