Dave is a skater and is out in the park practising. He is so engrossed in what he is doing that as he nears home he collides with Domek who is innocently walking along and making a call. Of course Dave blames Domek and Domek blames Dave for the accident but the up shot is that Domek demands to suspend Dave and tickle him as punishment, knowing he is in the wrong. Dave has little choice but to reluctantly agree.
