This is the fourth sequel of secret admirer series. Secretary comes to work crying hysterically because of her mean boss. She finds two envelopes on her desk from her secret admirer. He tells her that in one of the envelopes she will find Black Toe Reinforced Stockings. He wants her to take off her current stockings and put on the ones in an envelope. Then he wants her to wipe off her tears on her old stockings after she removes them. Watch her follow those instructions.
