Gina and Charity (in lingerie) are arguing over Charity's excessive phone bills. Gina decides to make Charity her tickle slave in exchange for payment of her lavish bills. She begins to tickle Charity in the chair, but the two end up on the floor. Charity laughs and tries to get away but Gina continues to tickle her. Charity is then strung up, wrists above head and tickled even more.
