She has run away from this guy, but he finds Portia in a distant city, hiding out. He takes her to a hotel room where he starts tying her up. When she will not shut up, he stuffs her mouth and continues tying her, warning her not to spit the panties out. Then once he has Portia secure, he finishes gagging her and leaves her struggling bound and gagged. But Portia refuses to sit still and tries to get out of the room. The man catches her and then ties her more secure. In the end, the man uses a spreader bar to secure Portia even more.
