Jasmine has been pulled over by a cop on a bogus charge, and he arrests her on the spot, despite her objections that she has done nothing wrong. He marches her to his car and seems to be taking her to the police station for booking... except, he isn't. Instead, he takes her to his home, leading her in through the garage into his basement where he cuffs her to a chair. To make sure she stays put, he ties her with rope to further restrict her movements, and gags her to keep her quiet. This is one cop who clearly enjoys taking his work home with him.
