Claire Irons has been taken out of her normal routine to prevent her taking some action at work. She has been to sit on a chair for so long that her butt is numb. The man hired to keep her out of circulation drops in to check on her, touching her hair and clearly amused by her efforts to pull the hem of her skirt lower to cover more of her thighs. He tells Claire that he has to keep her for a while yet, but that he will drop in again later to make sure she is fine.
