Jasmine has been pulled over for speeding, but the arresting office (Kelli) doesn't look quite right and Jasmine is wary of her. After frisking the girl, Kelli handcuffs her and places her on the back seat of her car. Jasmine points out that she was not read her Miranda Warning and claims this arrest is illegal.
