Office Becky Le Sabre has just pulled over a driver who was speeding. As the officer walks up from behind the car, the driver, Sara, looks anxious. When the officer asks to see her driver's license and registration documents, Sara can't produce them. Becky orders her to get out of the car, and when Sara starts to question what is going on, the officer spins her around and slaps her in handcuffs.
