Police Officer Anna has come across a vehicle which she believes to be stolen. She calls in to dispatch to ask for a license check, and the call comes back to say the vehicle has indeed been stolen (a 10-28 in police call jargon). Anna goes to the house outside which the car is parked to ask the owner how long the vehicle has been there.
