Hannah is being held prisoner, her wrists locked in metal cuffs. A zip tie has been secured around her ankles, and another connects her ankles to the handcuffs, placing her in a hogtie. She is cleave gagged and she struggles on the floor trying to escape from her restraints. To her embarrassment, her left breast slips out of her dress, and she cannot reach to put it back inside.
