Let's say I were your wife, I would give you a "honey do list", but thank God I don't live with you and I am not married to you. I am going to give you a Subby Do List instead. If you were my in house slave, I would make you do these things, so I am going to make you do them for yourself.

If you're treating yourself so badly, then I expect that you are also treating me badly as well. If you treat yourself well, then I would expect that you would treat me better as well.
