I would love to tone up my ab muscles a bit so that they're more defined but I do not do anyyy exercise so I decide to do a test run and see just how many sit-ups I can do. I talk you through everything I'm doing and what I'd like to do in the near future.....maybe a challenge? I lay on the ground, crossing my arms over my chest and start to do one sit-up after another. I make it to 10 and decide to see how many reps of that I can do. I carry on, feeling the burn slightly with each round of 10 I do and once I get to 7 rounds I know I can only go one more.
