Description

I'm feeling a little tight and sore and need to unwind so I pull out my yoga mat and set it out on the floor for a quick 10 minutes of yoga. I start in a seated position, breathing slowly in through my nose and slowly out through my mouth. I gently move through some yoga poses, starting with my neck, chest and sides of my body before getting onto all fours to loosen my back. I breathe as I push my bellybutton to the floor and my ass into the air, holding for a little bit and then pull my back up towards the ceiling and clench my butt.
