I am awoken by cramps and my body is telling me that I need to go to the bathroom. I haven't po00ped in a full day now and I am super bloated. I talk to you about what I'm feeling, my cramps, how tired I am and the consistency of my period. I do my usual discarding of the stuff and then rinse out my cup.
