Let me share the inside scoop on the state of my gassy, burbly belly before I begin to wolf down my somewhat-melted ice cream, slurping it from the carton when the spoon begins to feel ineffective! It’s not until the whole litre of ice cream has been transferred from one container (the carton) into another (my belly) and I start drinking some coke that the real fun begins though! Immediately they interact and I begin bloating up in front of your very eyes, letting out big foamy burps and hiccups as I go! I become EXTREMELY uncomfortable, my whole digestive system feels like it’s moving and writhing around and I can hardly take the pressure as the concoction continues to produce foamy gasses inside my stomach! I end up struggling off the bed and standing up to show off the protrusion of my bloated gut a little better, which loosens up more of the gas! My stomach lurches with hiccups and belches as I sip more coke and encourage the crazy fireworks to take place inside of me! Eventually I give my poor, swollen stomach a good massage with some oil and try to settle it down a little. I was heavy, bubbly, bloated and swollen, and all because I’m a greedy feedee who loves to fill my tummy!
