In this clip Dorthy is first filmed cuffed behind the back in the police car. She also has hinged cuffs on her ankles. She continues to argue with the officer about why she was arrested. Later at the station she is put in a holding cell cuffed behind the back where there is already a prisoner waiting to processed (Adara).
