*previously posted in parts* Dorthy is at the city pier and calls the detective that has been looking for her and tells him she wants to turn herself in. He tells her to wait there and when he gets there he cuffs her behind the back before putting her into the back of his car. At the jail she gets leg shackles and locked in a holding cell still cuffed behind the back. In the last part she is in a jail uniform and in high security transport restraints.
